1. BUSINESS PROCESSING
Submission of inquiry. This is followed by processing the demands and preparing the offer. Once the offer is confirmed we can sign a contract.
2. Project preparation
Technical consultation on a specific details, tool concept and customer requirements regarding quality.
3. DEVELOPMENT, DESIGN and production of THE stamping TOOL
At this point, we work with the longtime and trusted business partner. Tooling takes from 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the tool.
4. TOOL TESTING
We test the tool in our own stamping department.
We send samples to the customer for confirmation.
5. TOOL AND PARTS APPROVAL
At this point are still possible corrections of stamping tool. The final approval for batch production follows.
6. SERIAL PRODUCTION OF METAL PARTS
Mass production at customer’s request and at customer’s annual forecast.
7. ASSEMBLY AND SURFACE TREATMENT
We also offer assembly of several metal pieces.
The products can be surface treated in vibrating machines for deburing and polishing.
With our business partners we can offer many kinds of surface protections (galvanizating, powder coating, etc.)
8. INSPECTION
Serially produced metal parts are regulary visually checked and measured according to the customer’s specification.
9. PACKING:
We define the packaging method according to customer preferences. There are many options.
10. STORAGE AND DISPATCH
The order can be stored and delivered at the desired time.
